Oh my goodness, the spare ribs at the Parnas Restaurant were next-level! So tender, they just fell off the bone! And the breakfast buffet? It was a feast fit for kings. Plus, the executive lounge was a hit-snacks and drinks galore! Definitely.
Okay, so not to throw shade, but the reception was kinda a hot mess with confused staff, and the parking situation? Yikes! It's like solving a puzzle in the rain with not enough umbrellas to go around.

The rooms are spacious, well-designed. Excellent location, a very nice hotel, in general everything was ok.
The room had a window/door that was sealed and would not open, for our security (?),as the staff explained. Room service not trained enough for a five star hotel, food at the restaurant & cafe not of a five star hotel. Too expensive for the services provided.

The bed offered great comfort, ensuring a restful night. I enjoyed the breakfast offering. The variety was excellent, showcasing local and international dishes. A standout for me was the executive lounge. The staff there were attentive. I faced some challenges with the reception staff. They seemed a bit overwhelmed at times. I also had issues making local phone calls-communication could be improved. Unfortunately, the lack of a kettle in the room was a letdown for a 'luxury' hotel experience. The location was perfect for exploring Tbilisi, and I appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail in room service. Friendly staff contributed positively. I could see the potential if they get better organized.

The Marriott offered a superb location on Rustaveli Avenue, with access to key attractions like Freedom Square and the National Museum. The room was well-appointed and comfortable, with a marble bathroom with a large bath. Breakfast presented a lavish buffet selection, and the staff displayed commendable friendliness and willingness to assist.
Concierge service needs improvement.

The location was convenient for exploring. The service was friendly and helpful, especially in the lounge. The staff even assisted me with a map and great local dining suggestions. One standout moment was when I had the chance to enjoy a vegetarian meal. This place certainly felt cute while I took a break from life in Rome.

Located 5 min walk away from Liberty Square metro station. Early check-in and late check-out, exceptionally pleasant staff. Appetising food in the restaurant, great and excellent breakfast with local products as well as international ones and a second cappuccino, as for instance.
